Inclusion criteria: Study will be conducted on 30 patients whose systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg with or without medication, Male and females, their ages range from 35â??70 yrs, Patients of essential hypertension, Ambulatory patients. Hearing accurately Patients who give consent
