Inclusion criteria: Study will be conducted on 30 patients whose systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg with or without medication, Male and females, their ages range from 35â??70 yrs, Patients of essential hypertension, Ambulatory patients. Hearing accurately Patients who give consent

The combined practice of Yoga nidra and Chandra nadi pranayama will positively decrease the systolic blood pressure in hypertensive subjects. The combined practice of Yoga nidra and Chandra nadi pranayama will positively decrease the diastolic blood pressure in hypertensive subjects. Timepoint: 1st day (before intervention) - Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure will be recorded. 11th day (during intervention) - Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure will be recorded. 21st day (after intervention) - Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure will be recorded.
