Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 21 to 65 years 2. Ability to participate in the study 3. No systemic diseases 4. Non smokers 5. No contraindication for minor surgical procedures 6. No psychosis or psychiatric disease 7. No uncontrolled bleeding disorder 8. No bishosphonate, corticosteroid or hormone intake 9. No antiinflamatory drug intake for 6 months before surgery 10. No history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy 11. Average modified sulcus bleeding and plaque index

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of periodontal disease or periapical lesion 2. Pregnancy or positive to pregnancy 3. Physical disorders which do not allow to perform hygiene measures optimally
