Intervention1: Protocol for diabetic neuropathy: protocol for diabetic Program will be 5 sessions/week once a day for 4 weeks. Diabetic neuropathy include Balance exercise(1)Tandem waking:14 Distance:

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: presence of mild to moderate symptoms of diabetic mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Any diseases disorders of neuromuscular orthopedic cardiovascular which hampers the performance of outcome measure and therapeutic program. -(eg-Amputation, stroke, cerebral palsy, Rheumatoid Arthritis, severe osteoarthritis) -Subjects with grade 1 intact sensation included and other will be excluded from the study.
