Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with supratentorial tumors planned for excision 2. ASA- I or II 3. Age between 18 - 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of angiotensin -converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE-I), beta blockers, digoxin, α2-agonist 2. Bradycardia (heart rate 3. Arterial blood pressure 4. Renal and hepatic insufficiency 5. Local anesthetic allergy 6. Coagulation abnormalities 7. Patientâ??s refusal
