Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Cases covering the case definition. 2.All the genders will be included. 3.Patients willing to participate and give consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from life threatening diseases and who need emergency medical interventions. 2.Patients with systemic complications. 3.Patients who are taking other treatment for the same disease condition.
