Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.FEMALE STUDENTS BETWEEN THE AGE GROUP 16 TO 30 YEARS. 2.THOSE WHO ATTAIN MENARCHE BEFORE TWO YEARS. 3.FEMALES HAVING MENSTRUAL IRREGULARITIES.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.THOSE WHO ARE HAVING HISTORY OF MENTAL ILLNESS. 2.PREGNANT AND LACTATING STUDENTS. 3.THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM SEVERE SYSTEMIC ILLNESS AND ANY TYPE OF CARCINOMA. 4.THOSE WHO ARE NOT WILLING TO TAKE PART IN STUDY.
