Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status I and II. 2.Age between 18years to 60 years. 3.Patients undergoing elective surgeries under 4.General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation Provides Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Surgery time of less than 1hr or more than 4 hrs 2.Risk of aspiration 3.Known difficult airway 4.Thyroid Surgeries 5.History of bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, a history of smoking, respiratory tract infection during the past 6 weeks, •Hypertensives taking angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors
