Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60-70 2.Fall efficacy score above 70 3.MMSE score 24 or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.No regular exercise in the previous 6 month 2.Any history of neurological disorder
