Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of PCOS (Rotterdam criteria) - Oligo/Anovulation - Hyperandrogenism - Polycystic ovaries seen at ultrasound. Any two of the three criteria. Without PCOS (for Discriminant validity) Past 1 year normal menstrual cycles Absence of hyper androgenic features Absence of Poly Cystic Ovarian Morphology in USG.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women
