Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Joint and muscle pain,headache,fatigue,weight gain,abdominal bloating,breast tenderness,acne flare up,constipationhot flashes,emotional and behavioural symptoms -depressed mood,crying spells,mood swings and irritability of anger,tension and anxiety,trouble falling asleep,social withdrawal,poor concentration,change in libido
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from life threatening diseases and those who need emergency medical interventions,patients who require surgical intervention,patients with serious psychiatric disorders,gross pathological diseases,any systemic diseases will not be considered,patients who may not be able to come for regular follow up will be excluded,cases below 45years and above 55years will be excluded
