Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: �Nurses who have age from 20 years to 39 years and have less than or equal to 12 months clinical experience after their professional qualification (GNM, B.Sc, M.Sc) understands, read and write English. �Those willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who � Are under resignation period � Those who do not understand English � Already undergone with similar kind of assertive training program.

MeasureTime frame
reduction in degree of stress, improvement in adaptive behaviour, self-confidence & interpersonal communication among nursesTimepoint: Approximately 5 months. Pretest, 3 training sessions, one session per week, after one month post test, after 1 month reinforcement session, again after 1month, post test
