Intervention1: Ultrasound guided Erector Spinae Block: Block will be given between erector spinae muscle and the transverse process of T4 vertebra using ultrasound guidance before surgery is performed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients undergoing unilateral modified radical mastectomy 2)ASA I & II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients undergoing repeated breast surgeries 2)Patients with cardiac diseases, chronic kidney diseases, chronic liver diseases, respiratory diseases and neurological diseases 3)Patients with deranged coagulation profile 4)Patients with allergy to local anesthetics 5)Patients with substance or alcohol abuse

MeasureTime frame
To compare morphine consumption in 24 hours postoperatively Timepoint: To compare morphine consumption in 24 hours postoperatively

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of VAS scores in the 24 hour postoperative period. Timepoint: The hourly VAS scores of the patient in the 24 hour postoperative period will be noted;Intraoperative fentanyl requirement Timepoint: The total amount of Fentanyl given to the patient in the intraoperative period will be noted;Time to the first rescue analgesia Timepoint: The time taken for the patient needing first analgesic reqirement will be noted
