Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly diagnosed patients with Primary Hypothyroidism. 2.Patients having a history of Hypothyroidism, duration of less than one year. 3.Patients who provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with history of Iodine 131 radiotherapy. 2.Patient of Hypothyroidism secondary to pituitary disease. 3.Patient with history of any other Hormone Replacement Therapy, except Thyroxine. 4.Pregnant women and lactating females. 5. Patients having Diabetes Mellitus 2.
