Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients those requiring elective intubation in the emergency and critical care department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy,Females in the reproductive age group Emergency cases,Anatomical neck distortion due any cause (eg- surgery/ radiation therapy),Patients with subcutaneous emphysema, and pneumothorax
