Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with septic encephalopathy admitted in intensive care unit. age more than 18 years either gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refuse to consent. Patient those are not a documented case of sepsis. Patient who cannot communicate. Patient having history of neurological illness. Patient having any history of neurological trauma. Patient having any history of Psychiatric illness. Patients having cerebrovascular disease. Patient with alcohol dependance.
