Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: GYMNASTS HAVING MYOFASCIAL PAIN TRIGGER POINT AROUN SCAPULAR REGION ( >3)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent contusion, fractures. 2.Any skin condition. 3.Any surgeries, other pathology around shoulder complex, neck and spine region 4. Vascular diseases, bleeding abnormality
