Intervention1: USG guided Erector Spinae Plane Block 20 ml 0.25% Bupivacaine with 2ml Dexamethasone (8 mg) : Patients will be assessed for pain at rest using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) [from 0 to 10

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients aged 18 years and above, willing to give consent Belonging to American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I, ll & III BMI 18.5 -29.5 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, Inability to properly describe postoperative pain toinvestigators (language barrier), Contraindications to regional anesthesia (bleeding diathesis,raised PT/INR levels, infection at the site of block and peripheral neuropathy), Allergy to study drugs mainly Bupivacaine and dexamethasone, Spine deformity . Psychiatric patients. Pregnant and lactating females.
