Inclusion criteria: Wright cooperative children Children requiring Inferior alveolar nerve block Children with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Wright potentially cooperative and lacking cooperative ability children History of abscess sinus tract fistula associated with teeth Children having redness in the injection site Children allergic to lignocaine
