Inclusion criteria: Patients of Idiopathic PD/PD Plus Syndrome of either gender Patients/LAR willing to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary Parkinsonism by drugs or toxins Cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral infarction and other CNS disorders
