Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pre-diagnosed cases of CAD having a history of disease duration of less than 1 year 2) Hypertensive patients representing CAD 3) Diabetic patients representing CAD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients suffering from hypothyroidism chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, tuberculosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, malignancies. 2) Patients suffering from Infective pathology of heart like RHD, SABE, pericarditis, endocarditis, congenital heart disease and CAD leading to LVF or RVF 3) Pregnant and lactating women
