Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Fatigue lasts for at least 6 months that is not the result of an organic disease or of continuing exertion. 2 Fatigue that is not relieved by rest. 3 Fatigue resulting in substantial reduction in previous occupational educational social personal activities. 4 Presence of four or more symptoms in relation to fatigue for 6 months: muscle pain headache unrefreshing sleep malaise after exertion impaired memory deterioration in the concentration level. 5 Patients with the age group under 18 to 50. 6 Patients fulfilling F.A.S criteria with no other add on symptoms leading to other disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Any of the medical condition that explains the cause of fatigue. 2 Major depressive disorder (psychotic features) or bipolar disorder. 3 Schizophrenia dementia delusion disorders. 4 Anorexia nervosa bulimia nervosa 5 Sever obesity (body mass index >40) 6 Patient below 18 and above 50 years of age. 7 Alcohol or any kind of substance abuse condition.
