Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II, 40-80 kg body weight, ASA grade 1 and 2 of both sexes with MPS class 1 and 2 undergoing upper limb surgeries under brachial plexus block were included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused for the study, Patients with failed blocks, Pt with chronic systemic diseases, drug & alcohol abuse, patients allergic to any study medication, patient with 2nd or 3rd degree heart block, Bleeding disorders were excluded from the study.
