Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals age 45-60 years both male and female Type-2 diabetes and were on oral hypoglycemic agents with or without insulin therapy. Individuals who are willing to participate in study and providing signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic foot ulcer. type 1 diabetes pregnant women. experienced stroke before 6 months. visual deficit. case of respiratory disease,neurological disease,coronary artery disease.people with thyroid disease and musculoskeletal problem that interfred with exercise training
