Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the effect of oral clonidine and oral gabapentin on duration of sub arachnoid block and post operative analgesic requirementTimepoint: After 1,3,5,10,30,60,120 minutes after sub arachnoid block

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Perioperative hemodynamic parameters 2. Requirement of first rescue analgesic post operatively. 3. Post Operative VAS Score 4. Requirement of total analgesic dose in 24 hours post operatively 5.
