Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
SAMPLE SIZE IS CALCULATED TO BE 44, 11 IN EACH 4 GROUP. TO ASSESS THE REDUCTION IN BACTERIAL COUNT IN ROOT CANAL AFTER IRRIGATION WITH GRAPHENE OXIDE SILVER NANO PARTICLE SOLUTION, SODIUM HYPOCLORITE, CHLORHEXIDINE, ETHYLENE DIOXIDE TETRA ACETIC ACID SOLUTION AT BASELINE- BEFORE IRRIGATION AND AFTER IRRIGATION.Timepoint: TO ASSESS THE REDUCTION IN BACTERIAL COUNT IN ROOT CANAL AFTER IRRIGATION WITH GRAPHENE OXIDE SILVER NANO PARTICLE SOLUTION, SODIUM HYPOCLORITE, CHLORHEXIDINE, ETHYLENE DIOXIDE TETRA ACETIC ACID SOLUTION AT BASELINE- BEFORE IRRIGATION AND AFTER IRRIGATION.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the bacterial live dead colony count in pre and post irrigation samples in addition to the bacterial culture.Timepoint: to assess the bacterial live dead colony count at baseline in pre and post irrigation samples ie)just before the starting the root canal treatment and immediately after completion of root canal irrigation.
