Intervention1: Graphene oxide silver nano-particles irrigant.: 5ml of solution containing graphene oxide silver nano-particles was delivered into root canal for 120seconds (duration of intervention)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Maxillary anterior teeth with necrotic pulp, single rooted teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teeth with immature or open apex, with dilacerated or abnormally curved root.
