Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both male and female suffering from diabetes mellitus on allopatic management. DDSPSAS >2 DNE >1 Controlled hypertension. Previously diagnosed case. Written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diabetic Mononeuropathy, polyradiculopathy, amyothrophy, autonomic neuropathy, abnormalities of gait,wrist/foot drop, paralysis of cranial nerves. MI within 6 months, unstable angina. Neuropathy due to other causes, Vit B12 deficiency, alcoholism Diabetic complications- retinopathy, renal involvement, recurrent hypoglycemia, ketoacidosis. Other systemic disease- CVS , endocrinal, systemic infections or on other treatment (except HTN)
