Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals from 25-60 years of either gender having predominant Deha Prakriti Individuals residing in particular area since last six months Individuals having Hb more than 12gm% school teachers belonging to any socioeconomic class

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with the history of allergic condition Individuals with the history of any genetic/hereditary disorder Individuals with history of anemia Individuals with addictions like smoking and alcoholic intake
