Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients reporting with complicated horizontal crown root fracture with loss of crown structure and radiographic evidence of supra-alveolar tooth structure in maxillary incisors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing for recall visits, root with cervical resorption, open apices, patient with systemic ailments hindering root canal treatment, compromised periodontal health, vertical or horizontal root fracture
