Inclusion criteria: Male Female and Transgender Adults Patient with a score = 6 points who meets the standard European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) 2010 Classification criteria Patients who are willing to sign the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus Hypo & Hyperthyroidism Uncontrolled Hypertension (SHT)Cardiac disease End-stage renal disease and/or Liver disorders Pregnancy and lactation History of alcohol or substance abuse Immunosuppressive treatment
