Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I/II, Elective surgery under general anesthesia more than 1 hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients refusing consent emergency cases, ASA III and above, morbidly obese patients, previous adverse response to general anesthesia, patients recieving medications likely to influence the course of anesthesia or hemodynamic response,eg-antipsychotics, hemodynamically unstable patients.
