Exclusion criteria: Anyone 60 years History of primary neurological disorders including seizure disorders/pre-existing disorders of development and degenerative disorders involving structural changes Primary/pre-existing development and degenerative disorder involving structural changes Primary/pre-existing Movement, Vision and speech disorders Follow-up cases Tumor relapses Patients with contraindications to MRI scanning Pregnant women Cases of meningioma and extra-axial tumors

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate use of connectomics in oncological pre-surgical planning.Timepoint: To be completed within one year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To establish the validity of ML based methods that can automate the process of tumor demarcation and categorically define its segmentation with an accuracy comparable with that of manual methods. To test the utility of VoxelBox in addressing edge cases whose outcome could be improved using a multimodal functional connectomics approach. To predict the IDH-mutation status given the resting state connectomics data and compare it with standard methods of measurement including immunohistochemistry and next generation sequencing. To develop a machine learning approach in assessing the IDH status given the resting state functional connectomics data of a patient.Timepoint: To be completed within 1 year
