Intervention1: Dry Needling and physiotherapy exercises: Dry Needling followed by physiotherapy exercises for patients treated surgical for oral cancer and rehabilitated presenting with restricted mu

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent ablative surgery and reconstruction for oral cancer, presenting with restricted muscle function and compromised quality of life. Patients who are compliant to all the study protocols and instructions and want to improve muscle function and improve range of motion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who are not compliant and not willing to participate in the study
