Interventions

Intervention1: surged faradic current with conventional treatment, mayofascial release with conventional treatment: surged faradic current was given to bilateral calf, hamstrings and adductors muscles

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed cases of spastic diplegic CP 2. Aged between 3-14 years 3. Male and female 4. GMFCS level 1, 2 and 3 5. Modified ashworth scale grade 3 6. Not engaged in technique using faradic current for spasticity 7. Not engaged in technique using myofascial release 8. Ambulatory subject with or without ambulatory aids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any known unresolved balance disorder. 2. Any history of neurological disorder other than cerebral palsy. 3. History of any musculoskeletal trauma. 4. Any type of surgical history. 5. Subjects who had undergone prior orthopedic surgery. 6. Subjects who had received Botulinum Toxin injection in the past 6 months. 7. Subjects who had undergone serial casting in past 6 months. 8. Subjects who are taking oral or intrathecal myorelaxant drugs. 9. Subjects who have severe limitations in passive range of motion at lower extremities. 10. Subjects who have any cognitive and perceptual disorders. 11. Patient who have contracture.
