Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy community ambulators 2. Age group â?? 40 years to 60 years 3. Gender - both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with Static and dynamic balance deficits 2. Individuals Using walking aids 3. Individuals with Vision problems 4. Individuals with Known cognitive impairment 5. Individuals with Ankle instabilities

1.Ankle reverse dorsiflexion angle (gait is assessed using gait rite platform and the ankle reverse dorsiflexion at gait initiation is calculated using TRACKER software. 2.Timed Up and Go test (TUG) to measure functional gait performance Reliability:0.92-0.99, Validity: 0.75(Pearsonâ??s)Timepoint: The outcome measures are assessed during the course of the study
