Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Community ambulators without any assistive device 2- Age group: 40-70yrs 3- Gender: both males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Individuals with Sensory deficits 2- Individuals with Balance dysfunctions 3- Individuals with Visual deficits 4- Individuals with Perceptual deficits 5- Individuals with Vestibular dysfunctions 6- Individuals with Cognitive deficits that might limit informed consent 7- Community ambulators unable to complete the task

-Force Platform (Nintendo WII Board) Timepoint: outcome will be assessed at 3rd month , 6th month and 8th month
