Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Headache with Nausea/vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound, dizziness, neck pain, dizziness, confusion, feeling prickling skin and Weakness and Headache is bitemporal and generalized and there may be no associated focal visual or neurologic disturbance. Single most characteristic feature is episodic nature of headache, vomiting, photophobia, recurrence at regular intervals, and relief by dark surroundings and sleep.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with any severe concomitant illness like hemiplegia, paraplegia or kidney failure who may not be able to come for regular follow ups, will not be considered. 2.Any patient with unbearable pain with organic disease that may have caused the headaches. 3.Patients with pregnancy are not included in this study.

MeasureTime frame
To know the effectiveness of Murphyâ??s Repertory in treating the cases of Migraine.Timepoint: MIDAS questionnaire will be used at day 1 and 6th month to assess the improvement of the patient.The follow ups will be depend on severity of the patient.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To know whether the Murphys Medical Repertory is helpful in treating cases of migraine through repertoriszation.Timepoint: Remedy selected by repertorising and proper selected potency shall be administered. And the improvement will be assessed at the 6th month by using MIDAS questionaries.
