Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Written and informed consent American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II patients. Patients scheduled for elective orthopaedic lower limb surgery under spinal anaesthesia. BMI- 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients in whom spinal anaesthesia is contraindicated. Local skin infections Severe Back deformities. Coagulopathy, Raised Intracranial Pressure Moderate to severe Valvular Lesions

| ) To assess and compare hemodynamic parameters in between the two groups Hyperbaric Ropivacaine 0.75% and Hyperbaric Bupivacaine 0.5% in spinal anaesthesia. 2) To assess and compare sensory and motor block characteristics between the two groups. 3)To assess and compare the total dose of rescue analgesia needed in 24 hours 4)To assess and compare the quality of intraoperative anaesthesia between the two groups. 5) Side effects and complications will be assessed Timepoint: Hemodynamics- 0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14,20,25 and 30 mins until completion of surgery and every 2hours post operatively until 24 hours VAS score- 0,2,4,8,12,16,20 and 24 hours. | — |
