Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of karnashoola, patients between 18 and 60 years of age group irrespective of gender , unilateral or bilateral otitis Externa ,intact tympanic membrane

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients having any other karnarogas like karnapratinaha krumikarna karnavidradhi etc 2 Patients having any other external ear diseases like Otomycosis otorrhoea etc 3 Patients having any other systemic diseases 4 Patients having perforated tympanic membrane

To assess the decrease in Symptoms of karnashoola in terms of subjective parameters like Karnashoola and Karnakandu and objective parameter like KarnastravaTimepoint: 4 weeks
