Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for elective lower limb surgeries like femur surgeries, PFN with nailing, hemiarthroplasty etc. Patients of ASA 1,2 & 3 of either sex. Age > 60 years and above. Height between 150-175 cm. Weight between 40-85 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of ASA 4 & 5 Patients on anticoagulants With any bleeding disorder Neurological deficit History of drug allergy to local anasthetic Any local infection Known autonomic neuropathy
