Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Young adults with health risk score in both extremes based on screening Young adults who can understand Tamil or English Young adults who have and knows to use the smart phone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Young adults with visual/hearing impairment Young adults who are physically/mentally differently abled Young adults who are medically diagnosed with chronic illness. Young adults who are having limitations to perform physical activity. • Young adults who are undergoing any kind of health promotion regimen activities.
