Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients confirmed with the diagnosis of CKD by decline rate of GFR and signs of uremia as well as medical renal disease suggested with ultrasound graph of kidneys 2. Patients with Stage II, III and IV of CKD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CKD Patients of stage I as well as V 2. Dialysis dependent 3. Associated with any other disorders will be excluded because they carry non-controllable extraneous variables (they are either asymptomatic or have more complications and/or non-CKD symptoms or signs) which will interfere in exact identification and determination of study variables. 4. Pregnant and lactating women
