Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with ASA-I,II, elective laparoscopy appendicectomy are included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA-III,IV, Patient on vasopressor support,deranged liver and kidney function, known allergy to the given drugs are excluded from the study

Sedation scale and post operative analgesia are better in intravenous dexmedetomidine than magnesium sulphate.Timepoint: 2hr,3hr, 4hr sedation score and analgesia score
