Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who diagnosed with Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy are included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with post PTSMA Post myectomy patients Patients with renal failure Patients who had IHD, CABG Patients with moderate or severe AS Patients not willing to participate
