Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Reckitt employees and (if applicable) their family members including adults above 18 years of age. 2. Participants who have had or have mild to moderate COVID symptoms determined by either a positive SARS-CoV-2 test result or clinical diagnosis (by their HCP (or both) 3. Willing to provide consent to participate in the survey

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. COVID-19 symptoms resulting in hospitalization 2. Any complications requiring hospitalization
