shoulder range of motion using universal goniometerTimepoint: pre assessment in which these will be evaluated: 1. shoulder range of motion using universal goniometer 2. visual analogue scale 3. shoulder pain and disability index 4. finger ladder post assessment will be taken after 2 weeks 10 sessions same as above.
