Intervention1: Group B:Weight bearing Exercises: Participants will be given weight bearing exercises which includes walking, stair climbing, and slow jogging with adequate warm-up and cool down period

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 40 to 50 years with osteoporosis post menopausal women no history of fractures osteoporotic patients with medication for osteoporosis for more than 3 months osteoporosis T-scoring at or below -2.5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any patient with fracture or history of fracture for 1 year aged below 40 unstable hypertension, cardiovascular disease and diabetes mellitus history of total hip replacement or total knee replacement progressive neurological disease, chronic disabling arthritis participants with osteoporosis and not taking medication for the same
