Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals between 39 to 65 years of age Those who can access the internet using a laptop, computer, or tablet People screened with a high risk of dementia No prior exposure to yoga in last 6 months Able to perform yogic practice Active smoking or Drinking Physically inactive History of cardiovascular disease Diabetes mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of neurological disorders Functional limitations Persistent cognitive impairment due to psychoactive substance use Concomitant participation in other trials Not willing to participate Recent acute infection or any other inflammation Severe (visual) impairment interfering with operating a computer Previously diagnosed dementia
