Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 18-65 years, either sex, weighing between 50 to 70 kgs, ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiology) class I/ II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patients with known history of LA allergy, psychiatric illness, substance abuse, opioid tolerance. Any uncompensated systemic illness (cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, neurologic and endocrine). Patient with Liver disease.
