Intervention1: Use of WHO Labor Care Guide(2020) for labor monitoring in study group.: WHO Labor Caer Guide(2020) will be used to monitor labor once woman in study group is in active phase of labor.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Nulliparous women. 2. Age between 18-35 years. 3. Period of gestation between 37-40 weeks. 4. Cephalic presentation. 5. Spontaneous labor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical disorders in or associated with pregnancy e.gdiabetes mellitus, hypertension,liver disorders,renal disorders,pulmonary,cardiac disorders etc. 2. Obstetrics co-morbidities like antepartum haemorrhage,multiple gestations,malpresentation,preterm, post-dated, leaking per vaginum for >18 hours (PROM), fetal growth restriction. 3. Congenital malformations. 4. Intrauterine death
