Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)All the Patients who are using PPIâ??s more than 3 times/week, presenting with gastric complaints for longer than 4-8 weeks. b)Patients without any major systemic complications. c)Patients willing to participate in the study and willing to give informed consent. d)Patients who comply with the study procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Patients who require surgical intervention. b)Patients who have very severe adverse effects of long term use of PPIâ??s in past and present like carcinomas, gastronemias etc, which require immediate treatment. c)Patients with complications of GERD, bleeding ulcers and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
